Raymond S. Kalouche is President and Chief Executive Officer of TMS International as well as a member of its Board of Directors. Prior to being named to his current position, Mr. Kalouche served as Chief Operating Officer of TMS International as well as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company’s Mill Services Group, positions he held since 2009 and 2004, respectively.
Mr. Kalouche joined the company in 1989 and has held various management positions of increasing responsibility in Technical Services, Surface Conditioning, Marketing and Operations.
Mr. Kalouche led the domestic and international growth of TMS International, expanding the company’s operations into Asia, Mexico, Europe, Latin America, South Africa and the Middle East. Today, the company is the largest provider of outsourced industrial services to steel mills in North America as measured by revenue. The company provides mill services at more than 80 customer sites in 13 countries and has a global raw materials procurement network that spans five continents.
During his years with TMS International, he has held various positions within related industry organizations, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the National Slag Association (NSA) after serving as Chairman of the Board for three years.
Mr. Kalouche was the recipient of The Ohio State University 2015 College of Engineering Distinguished Alumni Award. The award recognizes distinguished achievement in one's profession by reason of significant inventions, important research or design, administrative leadership, or genius in production.
He also received the 2011 International Bridge Award from GlobalPittsburgh. He was honored as a foreign-born, U.S.-educated executive for his accomplishments and leadership in helping to secure and create jobs through global growth and thereby enhancing the reputation and international strength of the Pittsburgh region.
Mr. Kalouche holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil-Structural Engineering from The Ohio State University.
Richard P. Heyse is an accomplished financial executive with more than 30 years of experience in business planning, performance analysis, strategic planning, process and control compliance, international operations, operational improvement programs, and domestic and international tax planning.
Prior to joining TMS International, Mr. Heyse worked at Wesco International, Inc., Vice President, Chief Financial, Risk and Compliance Officer, Pittsburgh; Innophos Holdings, Inc., Vice President, CFO and CIO, Cranbury, New Jersey; and Eastman Chemical Company, Division Controller, Kingsport, Tennessee.
Mr. Heyse has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University in Lafayette, Indiana, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
J. David Aronson is President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company’s Raw Material and Optimization Group. David leads the growth and diversification of the Raw Material and Optimization Group. Prior to running this group, David served as Executive Vice President, Outsourced Purchasing, for our Raw Material and Optimization Group, where he was responsible for its domestic and international trading operations. He has worked in the scrap industry since 1989. David received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1989.
Jonathan M. Fingeret is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of TMS International. Jon joined the Company in 2010 as Assistant General Counsel. He was promoted to Vice President in 2011, to Interim General Counsel in 2015, and to Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary in 2016. Prior to joining TMS International, Jon was a partner at the Pittsburgh law firm of Thorp Reed & Armstrong and also worked for seven years in the corporate department of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, a global law firm. A native of Pittsburgh, Jon earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree from Georgetown University.
Kirk has been an integral part of the Company’s finance and accounting teams since joining TMS in 2005 as Manager of Financial Reporting. Since that time, he has held a number of important positions within the organization and has played a key role in the Company’s financial transactions and reporting. Kirk began his career at Price Waterhouse, LLP in Pittsburgh and then served in a number of financial positions of increasing responsibility at an integrated steelmaker in Weirton, West Virginia, prior to joining TMS.
A native of Pittsburgh, Kirk earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA.
